Job Description

Position: Associate - Customer Support (Voice) – Tamil & English (No sales or No Targets).

Eligibility:

Immediate Joiner’s are required.

Fresher’s are eligible

Any Graduate or under graduate

Above average communication skills in Tamil & English

Mandatory Languages: Tamil & English

Skill Set:

Should understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament excellent skills on MS Word & Excel
Good Typing Speed
Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skills

Salary Details:  Varies from 90,000/- to 116200/- plus attractive incentives and shift allowances extra.
